When I am in Windermere, I like staying here. Good value place all in all, has attentive staff with front house receptionist. The standard twin room is brand-new and has a lounge area, WiFi, and a safe box. Have to say I loved freshly cooked and good hot breakfast.

The hotel's location is perfect, being close to Bowness-on-Windermere and within walking distance to the lake. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

One small improvement could be the availability of WiFi in the rooms.

The hotel was in a central setting in the centre of everything. Besides, we were adjacent to the railway station and the bus station, a popular tourist area and the hill with a view of the lake and a perfect location at the edge of town. The lounge bar was delightful with some good food.

The bed was too small here.

Fine food, excellent service and great view over the lake. Great modern room with large bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows. Nice looking hotel with a very central location next to train station. And close enough to the lake and mountains, a sign of the times and a perfect location at the edge of town. Simply no complains at all, special stay.

all the services were very efficient. the room we had included a lounge, a new carpet and radiator. the location was beautiful right in town centre and the staff here was really helpful and extremely helpful.

Enjoyed the place, had a really nice stay for 7 nights. The personnel was really friendly and excellent. The breakfast was delicious and hot with hash browns and as much as desired, as for instance. The hotel's position was particularly good, in the Orrets Head pub. Stayed here before and would return here.

Easy to get to, favourable and beautiful location so close to a large supermarket, the train station and bus terminal, bus/train station and a trolley. Beautiful building and rooms with a view.
